This year marks a milestone that fills us with deep gratitude and pride — 20 years of Fisherville’s Finest. What began as a simple commitment to growing real food, with integrity and intention, has grown into a farm that feeds not only bodies, but connection, community, and healing. To honour this journey, we are thrilled to present a very special event:


Feast in the Vines: An Evening of Culinary Elegance Beneath the Canopy.



This is more than a dinner. It is a celebration of two decades of soil, seasons, resilience, and relationships — and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way.


Farm to Table — In the Truest Sense


The phrase farm to table is used often, but rarely does it mean what it truly implies. At Fisherville’s Finest, it means exactly this:


Every ingredient on the menu will be grown or raised on our farm.


From the vegetables nurtured in our greenhouses, to the herbs harvested at peak freshness, to the proteins raised with care and respect — this meal is rooted entirely in our land. No long supply chains. No mystery ingredients. Just honest food, grown with intention and prepared with skill.



It is a reflection of what we have always believed: that food grown close to home, in healthy soil, has the power to nourish on every level.


A Culinary Experience Beneath the Canopy


The evening begins with a cocktail hour and guided greenhouse tour, where guests will be invited to walk through the very space where their meal began. You’ll sip on our signature ginger cocktail, made with ginger grown right here on the farm, while learning about how we grow, why we grow the way we do, and what makes this place so special.



As the sun begins to set, guests will be welcomed beneath the canopy for an elegant multi-course farm-to-table dinner, thoughtfully prepared by a Michelin-trained chef. Each course will highlight the natural flavours of the ingredients, allowing the food to speak for itself.


To elevate the experience further, each course will be paired with an award-winning Niagara wine, carefully selected to complement the season and the menu.



Why This Night Matters


This dinner is deeply personal to us.


For 20 years, Fisherville’s Finest has been about more than growing food — it has been about stewardship of the land, transparency in how food is produced, and building trust with our community. Hosting this dinner on our farm allows us to bring all of that together in one unforgettable evening.


It is our way of slowing things down, gathering around the table, and reconnecting with where food truly comes from — and with each other.

To preserve the intimacy of the experience, tickets will be extremely limited. This is intentional. We want every guest to feel connected — to the food, the land, and the story behind it all.
