Why We Need to Come Together: A Weekly Health & Nutrition Meetup

There’s something missing in today’s world of “health advice.”
We have endless podcasts, books, influencers, and conflicting opinions—but very little real connection. Very little space to sit across from someone, share experiences, ask questions, and feel supported in the process of improving our health.
And the truth is—health isn’t something we’re meant to do alone.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Holistic Cancer Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist, I’ve seen firsthand that knowledge is only one piece of the puzzle. The missing pieces for most people are support, accountability, and community.
But beyond my credentials, I’m also a farmer who grows real food—nutrient-dense, seasonal, and connected to the land. I live this every day, not just in theory, but in practice.
And I share this not as someone who has it all figured out—but as someone who has walked the path.
I have transformed my own health, and that experience has shaped everything I believe today. It’s shown me that the body is incredibly capable of healing—when we give it what it truly needs, and remove what gets in the way.
We all need:
Someone to talk things through with
A place to ask questions without judgment
Encouragement when motivation dips
Real conversations—not just scrolling and reading

That’s why I’m creating something simple—but powerful.
A Weekly In-Person Health Meetup
This isn’t a class.
It’s not a lecture.
And it’s definitely not about perfection.
This is a small, welcoming group of like-minded people who want to:
Talk about nutrition and real-life health challenges
Share what’s working (and what’s not)
Learn from each other’s experiences
Stay accountable to personal goals
Build meaningful connections
We’ll meet once a week at The Social in Selkirk, in a relaxed, informal setting where conversation can flow naturally.
There’s no pressure—just real people, real conversations, and a shared desire to feel better and live healthier lives.
Who is this for?
This is for you if:
You’re interested in improving your health, but feel stuck or overwhelmed
You want support from others on a similar path
You value holistic approaches to wellness
You’re tired of doing it alone
The Goal
I’m not looking to build a massive group.
In fact, the opposite.
I’m looking for a small circle (around 4–5 people) who are genuinely interested in showing up, engaging, and supporting one another on a consistent basis.
Because real change doesn’t come from information—it comes from connection and consistency.

Starting this September, I’ll be forming this small group and reaching out to those who are interested once we have the right mix of people.
If this speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you. DM me on social media or email fishervillesfinest@gmail.com
Let’s create something meaningful, together.
Because your health journey shouldn’t feel lonely.
